The Lakeland High School Football team is very fortunate to have the facilities that rival those of big time college programs. Such great facilities would not have been possible if it were not done through the partnership of Polk County Schools, LHS Alumn, area businesses, and the LHS Football Century Club.

The football field house serves as the locker rooms for both JV and Varsity squads. Each player has their own locker that houses all of their equipment and personal items. This building has a film room that is networked with a Digital Sports Software server that can access any game or practice footage and can filter plays down to the exact down and distance. The film room can house the entire team and has an oversized projector screen with surround sound attached. The weight room is also housed in this building. It has 10 multipurpose stations along with 4 squat thrust machines, a Maxx power sled, and several other training stations. The Training room is centrally located and helps in preventing, assessing, and rehabilitating injuries. The coaching staff all have their own lockers and shower area. There is a main meeting room where film can also be studied and broken down from one of any 5 work stations.
