Coach Webster was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Lakeland.  Coach Webster graduated from Lakeland High School in 1995. He was a two year starter as Center. As a two year starter his record was 19-3.  His senior year he was voted 1st team all county and 1st team all district. Webster would go on to obtain his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Warner Southern College in 2003. He finished with a concentration in Information Technology and Public Administration.

While attending Warner Southern College he would work at LHS as a Lab Manager in the Media Center for three years. Currently he is in his 5th year as a Teacher at Lakeland High School where he teaches Business Systems and Technology and Web Design. He is currently attending Full Sail University where he is seeking his Masters of Science in Educational Media Design and Technology.

Webster started coaching with Lakeland High School in 1995 where he was the JV offensive line coach and Varsity offensive line assistant up until 2001. Frank was moved to Varsity Tight Ends Coach for the 2002 and 2003 seasons. 

This will be his fifth year as Running Backs Coach. Throughout Webster's coaching career he has also been involved in coaching at Florida State's Bobby Bowden Football Camp as well as running sessions at FCA's Black Mountain Camp and assisting with prep player combines in Jacsonville, FL. This year will be his 14th season with the Naught's.
