Coach Webster was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Lakeland.  He graduated from Lakeland High School in 1995. While attending Lakeland High School he was a member of the Varsity Football team and Future Educators of America. While playing for the Dreadnaughts he was a two year starter at Center. As a two year starter his record was 19-3.  His senior year he was voted 1st team all county and 1st team all district. Webster went on to finish his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Warner Southern College in 2003 with a concentration in Information Technology and Public Administration.

Coach Webster was a Lab Manager in the Media Center for three years, where he was responsible for building a 40 workstation lab. He is currently in his 4th year as a Teacher at Lakeland High School where he teaches Business Systems and Technology, Digital Design and Web Design.

Coach Webster also coaches Varsity Running Backs for LHS. He started coaching with Lakeland High School in 1995 where he was the JV offensive line coach and Varsity offensive line assistant up until 2001.  For the 2002 and 2003 season, he was moved to Varsity Tight Ends Coach.  This will be his fourth year as Running Backs Coach.

Throughout Webster's coaching career he has also been involved in coaching at Florida State's Bobby Bowden Football Camp as well as running sessions at FCA's Black Mountain Camp.  This year will be his 13th season with the Naught's.

On his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, friends and his best friend Herschel (Boston Terrier). His hobbies and interests range from all types of sports, any outdoor adventures, all types of music, ridding motorcycles, weight lifting, running, camping and anything else life has to offer.

I'd like to personally welcome you to my class. All of the courses I teach offer vital information that will equip you with tools that you will use throughout your educational and professional career. I pledge to you that I will give you my very best each day and allow for as much creativity on your part. I try to allow my classes to think outside of the box when addressing projects, issues and problems. Creativity and effort is very much appreciated and expected. Effort being the most important. I look forward to working with you and exceeding all of your expectations.
